Extract from the terms and conditions:

IX. Wages / Fees:

Point 9.6
If the contractual partner refrains from carrying out the order for reasons within his sphere of influence, the contractor is entitled to 30% (in the case of cancellation up to three months before the order is carried out) of the agreed fee (total order amount).
In the event of cancellation more than six months before the order is due to be carried out, the Contractor shall be entitled to reimbursement of the costs incurred up to that point in time (meetings, ordering of materials, etc.) at an appropriate rate, but at least 10% of the agreed fee (total order amount).
If the order cannot be carried out due to unforeseeable events (accident, illness, official prohibition of the event due to public danger, etc.) - regardless of the contractor or the contractual partner - only the services already provided (meetings, ordering of materials, etc.) will be invoiced.
If the contractor is prevented from performing his duties for reasons not foreseeable above, the contractor will attempt to provide a replacement service provider - the contractual partner hereby waives any claims for damages or the passing on of any additional costs to the contractor.

XI. Payment:

Point 11.1

11.1 When placing an order, an advance payment of 30% of the estimated invoice amount must be made. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, the remaining fee is due upon completion of the order (after completion of all commissioned services) by invoicing. The invoice amounts must be transferred without any deductions within 14 days of invoicing - unless otherwise stated on the invoice. Point 9.6 applies with regard to possible cancellation.
